【摘要】 目的探讨肿瘤医院患者暴力事件及护士工作满意度的相关性,分析影响护士工作满意度的因素。方法采用一般资料问卷、患者暴力事件量表和护士工作满意度量表对肿瘤医院306名护士进行问卷调查。结果患者暴力事件评分为(10.07±3.62)分,肿瘤医院护士工作满意度评分为(114.26±31.59)分,二者呈负相关(P<0.01),肿瘤医院护士职称和患者暴力事件为工作满意度的主要影响因素(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤医院患者暴力事件发生率较高,医院管理者应采取针对性措施,降低患者暴力事件的发生率,改善护士的工作满意度和护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the correlation between the incidence of violence and the satisfaction of nurses on the tumor hospital,and analyze the factors of the satisfaction of nurses. Methods Totally,306 nurses in tumor hospital were investigated with the nurses’ general data questionnaire,the patient’s violent incident questionnaire and the nurse’s satisfaction scale. Results Patient’s violence score was( 10. 07 ± 3. 62),tumor hospital nurse job satisfaction score was( 114. 26 ± 31. 59),there was a negative correlation between them( P < 0. 01). Professional title and patients violence were the main influence factors of job satifaction( P < 0. 01). Conclusion The incidence rate of violence in tumor hospital is higher,the hospital manager should take targeted measures to reduce the incidence of violence in the tumor hospital,improved nurses’ job satisfaction and quality of nursing.更多还原
