【摘要】 目的调查手术室护士感知的护理工作环境与工作敬业度的状况,并分析二者的关系。方法采用护士工作环境量表和工作敬业度量表对200名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果手术室护士感知的护理工作环境量表得分为(3.05±0.46)分,护士工作敬业度得分为(3.54±0.55)分;每月夜班数和手术室护士感知的护理工作环境是工作敬业度的影响因素。结论护理管理者应重视对良好护理工作环境的创造,提高手术室护士对工作环境的认可度和护士的敬业度,进而提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of nurses’ perception of nursing environment and work engagement in operation room,and analyze the relationship between them. Methods Totally,200 nurses from the operation room were investigated using the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index( PES-NWI) and Utrecht Work Engagement Scale. Results The score of the PES-NWI was( 3. 05 ± 0. 46),the score of nurses’ work engagement was( 3. 54 ± 0. 55). The number of night shifts per month and nurses’ perception of nursing work environment in operation room were the influencing factors of work engagement. Conclusion Nursing manager should think highly of the creation of good nursing environment,improving the nurses’ recognition of work environment in operation room and work engagement,and then improve the quality of nursing.更多还原
