【摘要】 目的调查手术室护士感知的护理工作环境与工作家庭冲突状况,并分析二者的关系。方法采用护士工作环境量表和工作家庭冲突量表对200名手术室护士进行问卷调查。结果手术室护士感知的护士工作环境量表总均分为(3.05±0.46)分,护士工作家庭冲突总均分为(3.15±0.48)分;手术室护士感知的护理工作环境与工作家庭冲突呈负相关(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护理管理者应重视对良好护理工作环境的创造,提高手术室护士对工作环境的认可度,从而有效缓解护士工作家庭冲突。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the status of nursing work environment and work-family conflict among operating room nurses,and analyze the relationship between them. Methods All of 200 operating room nurses were investigated by the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index and work-family conflict scale. Results The average score of the Practice Environment Scale of the Nursing Work Index and work-family conflict among operating room nurses were separately( 3. 05 ± 0. 46) and( 3. 15 ± 0. 48). There were negative correlations between nursing working environment and work-family conflict among operating room nurses( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). Conclusion Nursing managers should pay attention to developing the good working environment,improving the recognition of working environment among operating room nurses,thus to relieve their work-family conflict.更多还原
