【摘要】 目的探讨肾细胞癌根治性切除术后患者实施团队管理式延续护理的效果。方法选取肾癌患者132例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组各66例;两组患者术后均实施常规延续护理,实验组在此基础上实施团队管理式的延续护理,包括组建团队并编制小组,确立小组职责,并实施全方位护理。结果实验组患者在术后6个月生存质量评分和对护理的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05);焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以团队管理模式实施延续护理,能够提高肾细胞癌患者的生存质量,减轻患者的负面情绪,具有临床推广价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of team work management mode on continuous nursing of patients with renal carcinoma after operation.Methods Totally,132 cases of patients with renal carcinoma were divided into the control group and the experimental group with random number table method.Two groups of patients were treated with routine continuing nursing care after operation. Team work management continuous nursing was implemented to the experimental group based on general nursing care,including building team and programming groups,definite groups’ obligation,application all-around nursing care.Results The survival quality score and satisfaction with nursing care in experimental group were higher than those of the control group at postoperative 6 months( P < 0. 01 or P < 0. 05). The score of anxitey and depression in experimental group were lower than those of the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion The team work management mode can improve quality of life of patients,reduce negative emotions of patients,and has an important clinical spread value.更多还原
