【摘要】 目的了解三级甲等医院全日制本科以上学历护士工作满意度现状,分析工作满意度的影响因素。方法采用一般资料调查表、护士工作满意度评定量表对161名北京市三级甲等医院初始学历为全日制护理学本科以上学历的临床护士进行调查研究。结果护士工作满意度得分为(3.19±0.36)分,处于中等水平,硕士及以上学历、有职务的护士工作满意度较高。结论临床本科以上学历护士对于医院护理服务的提高和发展有重要促进作用,护理管理者应关注和重视其工作满意度,激发其工作热情和积极性,进而提高护理质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the job satisfaction level of nurses with full-time bachelor degree or above in 3A-level hospitals,and analyze its influencing factors. Methods General data questionnaire and nurse job satisfaction rating scale were used to survey 161 nurses with full-time bachelor degree or above in 3A-level hospitals in Beijing. Results The score of job satisfaction in nurses was( 3. 19 ± 0. 36),which was at a middle level. Besides,nurses with master degree or above and having duties had higher job satisfaction. Conclusion Highly educated nurses play important roles in improvement and development of hospital nursing services,managers should pay attention to nurses’ job satisfaction,take measures to arouse their working enthusiasm and initiative,and promote the quality of nursing.更多还原
