【摘要】 目的了解乳腺癌患者照顾者生活质量状况及与家庭功能的相关性,为临床工作者制订提高乳腺癌患者照顾者生活质量的干预措施提供理论依据。方法采用世界卫生组织生存质量量表简表、家庭功能评定量表对217名乳腺癌患者的主要照顾者进行调查。结果乳腺癌患者照顾者的生活质量在心理领域、生理领域、社会关系领域、环境领域4个维度得分均低于国内常模(P<0.01);乳腺癌患者照顾者的生活质量各领域得分与家庭功能呈负相关(P<0.01);回归分析显示,文化程度、行为控制、沟通、家庭人均月收入与患者关系、角色、问题解决等因素影响患者生活质量(P<0.01)。结论乳腺癌患者照顾者生活质量较低,其生活质量与家庭功能密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the relationship between quality of life and family functioning among caregivers of patients with breast cancer,so as to provide reference for making intervention measures to improve life quality among caregivers of breast cancer patients. Methods Totally,217 caregivers were investigated with the World Health Organization Quality of Life-BREF( WHOQOL-BREF) and Family Assessment Device( FAD). Results Four dimensions scores of quality of life were lower than the norm( P < 0. 01),including physiological field,psychological field,social relations field and environmental field. The score of quality of life in caregivers had a significant negative correlation with the family functioning( P < 0. 01). Through regression,education,behavior control,communication,family per capita monthly income,relationship with patient,character,and problem solving were the influencing factors of life quality of patients( P < 0. 01).Conclusion The quality of life in the caregivers of patients with breast cancer is low.
