Ni-Cu/海泡石水蒸汽催化重整苯酚-乙醇制氢
Hydrogen Production via Catalytic Steam Reforming of the Mixture of Phenol and Ethanol over Ni-Cu/Sepolite Catalyst
【摘要】 为了避免通过煤炭、石油及天然气等不可再生的化石原料制取氢带来的化石原料的消耗、大量温室气体排放和环境污染等问题,生物质资源制取氢气受到了广泛关注。利用共沉淀法制备Ni/SEP、Ni-Cu/SEP、Cu/SEP催化剂,并采用X射线衍射(XRD)、程序升温还原(TPR)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)等表征方法对催化剂进行表征分析。并在固定床反应器中,以苯酚和乙醇的混合物为生物油模型物进行水蒸汽催化重整制氢实验,考察了催化剂种类、反应温度、水碳比(S/C)和反应时间对催化重整制氢的影响。结果表明,反应温度650℃,水碳比范围810,使用Ni-Cu/SEP催化剂时H2产率最高达到61.4%。同时,Ni-Cu/SEP催化剂表现出了良好的稳定性,在反应7h时内,未见失活。
【Abstract】 Ni/SEP,Ni-Cu/SEP and Cu/SEP catalysts were prepared by co-precipitation method. The all as-prepared catalysts were characterizationally analyzed by using X-ray diffraction( XRD),temperature-programmed reduction( TPR) and transmission electron microscopy( TEM). The catalytic performance of prepared catalysts was evaluated during the mixture of phenol and ethanol steam reforming in a fixed bed. The influence of catalysts,reaction temperature,steam to carbon ratio( S/C) and reaction time are investigated. The results indicated that reaction temperature 650℃,S/C = 8 ~ 10,Ni-Cu/SEP as the catalysts,hydrogen yield reached the highest value about 61. 4%. Meanwhile,the Ni-Cu/SEP catalyst showed good stability,without no apparent deactivation in 7 h.
