甜菜染色体操纵材料遗传学特性及经济性状的研究

【摘要】 对甜菜染色体操纵材料即人工合成的远缘杂交甜菜及空中搭载实验材料进行了经济性状及遗传学育性特点的调查分析,比较白花甜菜染色体在不同实验材料中的绝对长度和相对长度。利用折光仪对抽检远缘杂交甜菜母根样本进行了含糖量单株检测。白花甜菜染色体的绝对长度和相对长度决定了远缘杂交后代的高频稳定传递特性。调查结果显示,远缘杂交甜菜6个实验样品的含糖量普遍高于栽培甜菜,染色体操纵结果是:成功将白花甜菜染色体上高糖、抗病、高频传递等有益基因导入栽培甜菜。白花甜菜染色体所携带的基因对远缘杂交甜菜遗传育种及野生甜菜基因利用方面都具有重要意义。

【Abstract】 Economic characters and genetic traits were investigated among distant hybrid sugarbeets and aerial carrying test materials. The absolute length and relative length of chromosome of white sugarbeet in different experimental materials were compared. The sugar content of beet for individual plants was detected using a refractometer. The absolute length and relative length of chromosome in different distant progenies of white sugarbeet determined the high frequency stability of distant hybrids. The results showed that the sugar content of the six distant hybridization sugarbeets was generally higher than that of the cultivated beet. The result of chromosome manipulation experiment demonstrated that some useful genes such as high sugar and disease resistance were transferred into the cultivated beet. The genes,carried by the chromosomes of white sugarbeet,determined the genetic characteristics of distant hybrid sugarbeet,which is an important research topic.
