利用生物信息学技术构建分析甜菜M14品系盐胁迫下参考转录组数据库
Bioinformatics analysis of the reference transcriptome in sugar beet M14 line under salt stress
【摘要】 生物信息学(Bioinformatics)是一门计算机科学技术与生命科学的交叉学科,它通过综合利用生物学、计算机科学和信息技术揭示大量生物数据所赋有的生物学意义。目前利用生物信息技术对植物逆境环境下的基因组学、转录组学及蛋白质组学的数据挖掘,已成为功能基因组学的研究热点。甜菜M14品系具有野生白花甜菜(Beta corolliflora Zoss.)的耐盐性优良性状。为了对盐胁迫下的甜菜M14品系进行转录组分析及差异基因筛选,本研究构建了甜菜M14品系盐胁迫参考转录组文库,并对文库进行了测序以及数据的生物信息学分析,在参考转录组中鉴定得到54 843个Unigenes,并对这些Unigenes进行功能注释、GO及COG功能分类,为下一步研究甜菜M14品系耐盐基因资源挖掘奠定了重要基础。
【Abstract】 Bioinformatics,based on biology,computer science and information technology,was used to analyze the massive biological data. At present,it has become a research focus in the functional genomics that the use of bioinformatics in the field of plant stress environment of genomics,transcriptomics and proteomics data. Sugar beet M14 has superior properties of wild species such as salt tolerance. In order to overcome limitation that no reference data were available for the M14 transcriptome analysis under the salt stress,a reference library of salt stress in sugar beet M14 line was constructed,and the reference library was sequenced and undergone quality analysis. 54 843 Unigenes,functional annotation of the Unigenes,GO and COG function classification analysis were generated from the sequencing data assembly. This study laid an important foundation for exploring salt tolerant gene resources in sugar beet M14 line.
