【Abstract】 This paper put forward two problems which existed in the collection and utilization of defense scientific and technical report.The paper analyzed and pondered the problems from four dimensions,such as cognition,management,standard and utilization.On this basis,put forward four suggestions and measures to solve the problems.Finally all aspects of the work on defense scientific and technical report are carried out,which is making progress in accumulation completely and utilization orderly,promote development of defense scientific and technical report continuously,healthily and rapidly.更多还原
