【摘要】 目的研究宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗输卵管堵塞患者的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月-2016年10月期间在本院接受治疗的82例输卵管堵塞患者,按照数字随机划分法,将患者分为联合组与常规组(n=41)。常规组采用开腹手术治疗的方式,联合组采用宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗的方式,对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间。结果联合组患者在手术时间、术中出血量以及住院时间对比方面,均优于常规组患者,差异比较具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合手术治疗的方式,能够显著缩短患者的手术治疗时间,降低患者的术中出血量,为患者术后的快速康复奠定良好的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy in treatment of tubal blockage of patients with clinical effect.Methods 82 cases from January 2015 to October 2016 during the period of the fallopian tube in our hospital for treatment of patients according to the random number block,classification method,the patients were divided into combined group and routine group(n=41).The conventional group using open surgery treatment,the combined group was treated by hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy surgery treatment,the operation time of the two groups were compared,the amount of bleeding and hospitalization time.Results the patients in the operation time,bleeding volume during operation and hospitalization time were better than the contrast Patients in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions the treatment of combined hysteroscopy and laparoscopy surgery,surgical treatment can significantly reduce the time of patients,reduce the amount of intraoperative bleeding of patients,lay a good foundation for the rapid.更多还原
