【摘要】 目的探讨"横切法"术式治疗内眦赘皮的临床疗效。方法以2010年1月-2016年3月接治的105例双侧单睑伴内眦赘皮患者为研究对象,A组49例患者采用传统"Y-V"内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术,B组56例患者采用横切法内眦赘皮矫正术联合重睑成形术。两组均术后随访3个月-1年,分析比较各自术后内眦形态及效果。结果 A组术后内眦外观能较好改善,其中9例轻微瘢痕,13例瘢痕较明显,有效率为75%,满意率68.75%;B组术后内眦形态自然美观,其中5例轻微瘢痕,1例瘢痕较明显,有效率为98.15%,满意率98.11%。组间经比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 "横切法"内眦赘皮矫正术方法简单,瘢痕轻微,疗效确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Discussion on"cutting method"the clinical effect of surgical treatment of epicanthus. Methods January 2010-March 2016 treatment of 105 cases of bilateral upper eyelid with epicanthus patients for the study,a group of 49 cases were treated by the traditional"Y-V"correction of epicanthus doubling eyelid operation by the joint b and 56 patients with cutting method for correction of epicanthus doubling eyelid operation by the joint. Both groups were followed up from 3 months to 1 year,analysis and comparison of postoperative inner canthus of each form and effect.
