【摘要】 目的探讨早期神经康复对急性脑梗死患者生存质量影响。方法选取2013年9月-2014年8月住院的急性脑梗死患者85例,随机分成两组,其中对照组42例,康复组43例。对照组给予常规治疗,康复组在常规治疗基础上给予早期神经康复,观察两组生存质量。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后两组SF-36各维度评分及总评分显著提高,其中康复组各维度评分及总评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期神经康复能更有效改善肢体功能,促进患者独立生存能力,提高生存质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation on the quality of life in patients with acute cerebral infarction. Methods 85 patients with acute cerebral infarction who were admitted to our hospital from September2013 to August 2014 were randomly divided into the control group( n = two) and the control group( n = 42),and the rehabilitation group( n = 43). The control group was given conventional treatment,the rehabilitation group was given early rehabilitation on the basis of conventional treatment,and the quality of life of the two groups were observed. Results Compared with before treatment,after treatment,the scores of SF-36 and the total score of the two groups were significantly improved,and the scores of each dimension and total score of the rehabilitation group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P < 0. 05).
