三维编织复合材料研究现状及在航空航天中应用
Recent Advancements of 3D Braided Composite and Its Applications in Aerospace
【摘要】 阐述了三维编织复合材料技术近期的研究现状及其在航空航天领域的应用情况。首先,介绍了三维编织复合材料成型工艺及其力学性能;其次,对近年来三维编织复合材料几何分析模型及其力学分析方法进行了综述;最后,论述了三维编织复合材料应用中所面对的问题,并讨论了三维编织材料优势及其对结构性能可能的改善与应用领域扩展。
【Abstract】 The recent research status of 3 D braided composite technology and its application in the field of aerospace are introduced.Firstly,the classification,braiding techniques and mechanical properties of three-dimensional braided composite are introduced; Secondly,the analysis model and mechanical analysis method of three-dimensional braided composite in recent years are reviewed; Finally,the problems in the application of three-dimensional braided composites are discussed,and the advantages of three-dimensional braided materials and their possible improvement in structure and application fields are discussed.
