非医学类大学生心肺复苏认知现状调查及技能培训
The Need of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation(CPR) and Cognition Status of Non-medical Undergrauates and Whose Skill-training
【摘要】 目的:了解非医学类本科生对于心肺复苏术(CPR)急救知识需求和认知现状,探索并建立相应的培训模式。方法:针对124名大学生进行CPR相关知识和需求的问卷调查,再采用多媒体教学+模拟人操作相结合的方式进行培训,并加以考核。结果:问卷调查结果表明:仅有9.68%大学生知道CPR的定义,超过80%大学生对CPR的操作流程不清楚;77.6%的大学生愿意实施院外CPR;96.8%的大学生表示愿意学习并掌握CPR的知识和技能;95%的大学生表示愿意将所学CPR知识和技能向周围人传播;62.9%大学生认为CPR培训课程应列为大学生的必修课程。经过培训,有106名学生掌握了CPR技能。结论:大学生对CPR相关知识普遍缺乏,但有较强的学习意愿,在大学开展心肺复苏培训技术,有利于提高大学生的现场急救能力,并学以致用,迅速推广并普及全民CPR技能。
【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the need of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR) and cognition status of non-medical undergraduates,then to explore the corresponding training model.Methods:The questionnaire on CPR was applied among 124non-medical undergraduates;the training was carried out by the combination of multimedia teaching and simulation operation followed by the tests.Results:The results show only 9.68% of undergraduates knew the definition of CPR.More than 80%were not clear about the procedure of CPR operation;77.6%were willing to perform CPR out of hospital;96.8% were willing to learn and master CPR knowledge and skills;95% were willing to disseminate the acquired CPR to others and 62.9%thought the CPR training course should be listed as the compulsory course.Conclusion:Non-medical undergraduates were lack of knowledge about CPR,but have a strong desire to learn.The development of CPR training in universities is helpful to improve the ability of undergraduates,and through their applications the skill can also be popularized to the public.
