【摘要】 目的:分析小儿病毒性心肌炎诊断中血清hs-CRP、CK-MB以及cTnI联合检测的价值。方法:选取我院2015年2月-2016年2月小儿内科收治且确诊为病毒性心肌炎患儿50例,作为观察组;同时选取同时期体检为健康且无病毒感染史以及心脏病史的儿童50例,作为对照组,分别检测两组儿童血清中的hs-CRP、CK-MB以及cTnI,并进行对比。结果:观察组血清3项指标明显高于对照组,康复过程中,血清3项康复顺序是hs-CRP最快,CK-MB次之,cTnI最慢。结论:小儿病毒性心肌炎诊断采用hs-CRP、CK-MB以及cTnI联合检测,可提高诊断准确率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the value of serum hs-CRP, CK-MB and cTnI in the diagnosis of viral myocarditis in children.Methods:Fifty patients with viral myocarditis were enrolled as the observation groupin our hospital from February, 2015 to February,2016. At the same time, 50 healthy children with nohistory of viral infection and heart disease were selected as the control group. The CRP, CK-MB and cTnI in the serum of two groups of children were detected and compared. Results:In the observation group, the three indexes of serum were significantly higher than those of the control group. In the course of rehabilitation, Hs-CRP decreased the fastest, CK-MB followed, cTnI the slowest. Conclusion:Using The hs-CRP, CK-MB and cTnIto diagnose viral myocarditis in children can improve the diagnostic accuracy.更多还原
