纳米二氧化硅毒性研究进展
Cytotoxicity of silica nanoparticle: a review of recent studies
【摘要】 纳米二氧化硅的应用量在近10年内迅速增加,现已广泛应用于各种工业领域和医药行业。由于纳米二氧化硅独特的理化性质,并随着与人类接触频率持续增加,其毒性研究及生物学效应已成为目前研究的热点问题。该文综合国内外最新研究成果,从纳米二氧化硅对靶细胞的毒性研究、其在不同诱导途径下的体内毒代动力学研究、新型纳米二氧化硅毒性研究等三方面进行综述,为纳米二氧化硅作为载体的系统设计及其环境归宿等研究提供参考资料。
【Abstract】 The applied amount of nano-silica rapidly increased in the last decade and it is widely used now in various industrial fields and pharmaceutical industry. Due to the unique physical and chemical properties of nano-silica and with the increasing frequency of contact with humans, its toxicity and biological effects has become a hot topic of current research. The latest research results in this field were reviewed in the present paper, including nano-silica toxicity of target cells,toxicokinetics in different induction pathways, new nano-silica toxicity, and the useful information for nano-silica as a carrier for the system design and the environmental fate were also presented.
