外源菌剂对香菊胶囊水提药渣发酵堆肥化质量的影响

【摘要】 为解决废弃中药渣污染环境的问题,将中药渣进行高温好氧发酵,以发酵过程中的理化性状和养分含量变化为指标,研究3种菌剂对中药渣发酵堆肥化质量的影响。结果表明:发酵结束时,3种菌剂处理的堆体颜色均呈棕褐色,无臭味,质地松软易碎;发酵过程的高温期持续超过7 d,药渣腐熟的时间为49 d左右;3种菌剂均能快速促进有机物分解,提高发酵产物中总养分含量,其中1号和3号菌剂的升温速率较快、发酵产物的总养分含量较多,其发酵产物可以作为生产有机肥或有机无机复混肥的原料。

【Abstract】 In order to solve the problem of environmental pollution by Chinese medicine dregs,the high temperature aerobic fermentation experiment was carried out with the waste pond of chrysanthemum capsule as raw materials. Using physicochemical properties and nutrient content of the residue in the fermentation process as index,effects of different exogenous microbial agents on fermentation quality of the herb residue compost were studied. The results showed that at the end of fermentation,three strain processing of the piles were all in brown color,no smell,the texture were soft and fragile;high temperature fermentation process last for more than seven days,the time of making maturity harmless were about 49 days.The temperature rising rate of strain No. 3 was the fastest,and the total nutrient content of fermentation product was increased.No. 3 and No. 1 fermentation agent could be used as the production of organic fertilizer or inorganic and organic fertilizer raw materials besause of their fast heating rate and rich nutrient content.
