【摘要】 目的:分析单肺通气麻醉在胸腔镜手术中对患者下肺灌流的影响。方法:回顾性分析80例采用单肺通气麻醉胸腔镜手术资料。观察手术过程中脉搏血氧饱和度(Sp O2)、平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)及血氧分压(Pa O2)的变化。结果:80例手术中有8例发生血氧分压、脉搏血氧饱和度明显下降,经过实施下肺间歇IPPV通气后,恢复正常。另外72例手术正常。结论:单肺通气麻醉有导致下肺灌流失常的危险,但可通过术前精确导管位置、术中实施下肺间歇IPPV等途径避免。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effect of one lung ventilation on lower lung perfusion in patients with thoracic surgery.Methods: A retrospective analysis of 80 patients with one lung ventilation in our hospital was performed. Results: In the 80 cases,blood oxygen partial pressure( Pa O2) and pulse oxygen saturation( Sp O2) occurred in 8 cases. After the implementation of intermittent pulmonary IPPV ventilation,all returned to normal. The other 72 cases were normal. Conclusion: Single lung ventilation may induce the danger of lung perfusion disorders,but the danger may be prevented by precise preoperative catheter position and intraoperative pulmonary IPPV implementation under intermittent way. The procedure is safe and should be popularized in clinical practice.更多还原
