【摘要】 目的:了解蚌埠市留置引流管居家护理期间并发症的情况,分析并发症发生的原因。方法:围绕出院携带留置引流管所发生并发症进行调查,采取查阅出院病例、电话随访、走访医院医生和护士及社区调查的方式,对蚌埠市3家医院的肿瘤外科、泌尿外科、神经内科、血液透析中心、PICC维护门诊5个科室出院患者携带引流管进行调查。结果:共筛选携带引流管出院患者1 011例,留置管在居家期间出现并发症103例,发生率10.19%。结论:出院携带引流管居家维护薄弱,尚未有专业团队和专业人员参与维护。应建立医生、社区护士、志愿者和患者家属共同组成的团队,推进引流管居家维护的规范化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the complications of indwelling drainage tube in home care of Bengbu and analyze the main causes of the complications. Methods: Complications caused by home care indwelling drainage tubes were investigated through referring case history,telephone follow-up,interviewing doctors and nurses,and community survey. Patients investigated were selected from 3hospitals involving department of tumor surgery,department of urology,department of neurology,hemodialysis center,and PICC maintenance clinic in Bengbu. Results: A total of 1011 patients were screened and 103 patients had complications with indwelling catheter at home,the incidence rate being 10. 19%. Conclusion: Maintenance is the weak link in drainage tube care at home. There are not yet professional teams and staff to carry out the maintenance. We should set up a team composed of doctors,nurses,volunteers and family members to promote care of the drainage tube at home.更多还原
