高温高压反应釜自控系统的设计

【摘要】 根据高温高压反应釜的工艺流程和要求,设计了一套自控系统。硬件采用计算机、PLC和串行通信控制技术;软件采用Step7,利用程序实现信号采集、信号处理、数据转换和过程控制;采用组态王实现工艺流程的实时操作和控制、工艺数据的实时显示与报警;采用Modbus协议实现串口通信。运行结果表明:该系统自动化程度高、稳定性好、操作方便。

【Abstract】 Through considering the process and requirements of high-temperature and high-pressure reactor,an auto-control system was designed independently.In which,having industrial computer,PLC and serial communication technologies adopted for the system hardware design and Siemens Step7 employed to realize signal collection and converting,data converting and process control and having King WIEW software used to achieve real-time operation and control,real-time display and alarm as well as having Modbus protocol adopted to realize the serial port communication.The running effect shows that this system has high degree of automation,good stability and convenient operation.
