皮革废弃物基农用缓肥保水高吸水树脂的生物降解性能研究
Biodegradation behaviour of leather waste-based superabsorbent used for water-retention in agriculture
【摘要】 采用土壤掩埋法和微生物富集培养分离法对皮革废弃物基农用缓肥保水高吸水树脂的生物降解性能进行了探究,从土壤样品中筛选到一株皮革废弃物基高吸水树脂降解菌,初步判定该菌株属于剑菌属。并用扫描电镜和热重分析以及表面观察法、质量测定法对试样的降解程度进行了分析;结果显示:皮革废弃物基缓肥保水高吸水树脂有良好的生物降解性,在农业等方面有较大的应用潜能。
【Abstract】 The biodegradation of leather waste-based superabsorbent polymer with excellent property of waterretention and slow-release fertilizer for agriculture was studied by a soil burial method and enrichment culture technique.A leather waste-based superabsorbent polymer-degrading bacterial strain was isolated and screened from the soil.The strain was preliminarily identified as a strain of Ensifer sp.Y1.The degree of degradation of sample,using SEM,TG,surface observation method and weight determination method,was also analyzed.Results showed that this polymer had novel biodegradability,which presented a promising prospect for it as an eco-friendly polymer to be applied in agricultural or other areas.
