分级多孔聚丙烯腈/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯纳米碳纤维的制备及结构研究
Preparation and structural research of hierarchical porous PAN/PMMA carbon nanofiber
【摘要】 以聚丙烯腈(PAN)和聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为原料,采用静电纺丝技术,并结合预氧化和高温碳化处理,制备了分级多孔碳纤维。利用比表面积测试法、场发射扫描电镜、X射线光电子能谱分析仪和拉曼光谱仪等表征方法对材料的结构进行了表征,研究了掺杂比和热处理对多孔碳纤维的比表面积和石墨化程度的影响。结果表明:PAN∶PMMA=2∶1(质量比)时,碳纤维表面存在大量的介孔和微孔,表面积达到908.982m2/g。
【Abstract】 The hierarchical porous carbon nanofibers(CNFs)were obtained via electrospinning technique,preoxidation and high temperature carbonation using PAN(polyacrylonitrile)and PMMA(polymethyl methacrylate)as raw materials.The structures of CNFs were characterized by BET,FE-SEM,XPS and micro-raman measurement.The effects of doping ratio on the extent of graphitization and specific surface area of CNFs were studied.The results showed that when the mass ratio of PAN to PMMA was 2∶1,the CNFs with micro-pores and meso-pores structures were found and the specific surface area was up to 908.982 m~2/g.
