生物质热解油基绿色化学品与化工产品研究进展

【摘要】 生物质热解油是以农林废弃物等为原料经过快速热解获得的绿色产物,富含多种化学和生物活性物质,具有来源广泛、生产成本低廉且能量密度高等特点,被认为是很有发展潜力的石油替代品。为拓展生物质热解油的高值化应用,根据其组成特点和理化性质,综述了热解油在分离制取化学品和合成化工产品领域的研究进展,并从热解油定向制备、化学品高效分离、新产品开发以及产品标准化等方面进行了展望。

【Abstract】 Pyrolysis oil,obtained from biomass resources,such as agriculture and forestry waste,through fast pyrolysis technology,is rich in a variety of chemically active substances with a wide range of feedstock sources,low production costs and high energy density.Therefore,it is considered as a prospective substitute for petroleum oil.In order to expand the high-valued utilization of pyrolysis oil,research progress in the field of preparation of chemical and synthetic chemical products from pyrolysis oil based on its chemical composition and properties were summarized.The trends of the directional preparation of biomass pyrolysis oil,the high efficiency separation of chemicals,new product R&D and the standardization of products were discussed and proposed.
