秸秆基高吸水树脂包膜尿素颗粒的制备及其缓释性能研究
Preparation and slow-release property of straw-based superabsorbent resin encapsulated urea
【摘要】 缓释肥料能够提高化肥的利用率,减少化肥对环境的污染,因而吸引了越来越多的关注。以水稻秸秆为原料,丙烯酸为单体,N,N′-亚甲基二丙烯酰胺为交联剂,通过溶液聚合法制备了秸秆基高吸水性树脂。以制备的秸秆基高吸水性树脂为包膜材料,10%的聚乙烯醇水溶液为粘结剂,制备了秸秆基高吸水树脂包膜尿素颗粒。包膜尿素颗粒的储存性能可通过在颗粒最外层包覆聚苯乙烯层得到改善。秸秆基高吸水树脂的三维交联网络可以有效阻碍包覆在其内部的尿素向水中的扩散,具有良好的缓释性能,在农业生产上具有良好的应用前景。
【Abstract】 Slow-release fertilizer has attracted more and more attention because it can improve the utilization rate of fertilizer and reduce the pollution to the environment.Straw-based superabsorbent resin was prepared by solution polymerization with acrylic acid as the monomer and N,N′-methylenebiacrylamide as the crosslinker in the presence of rice straw.With the prepared superabsorbent resin as the coating material and 10% PVA solution as the adhesive,straw-base superabsorbent resin coated urea particles were prepared.The storage performance of the coated urea particles can be improved by the outermost polystyrene coating.The three-dimensional crosslinked network of resin can effectively retard the diffusion of the urea to water.The urea particles exhibited good slow-release performance and had a good application prospect in agriculture.
