氯化胆碱/尿素低共熔离子液体改性木质素基水凝胶的制备及缓释性能研究

【摘要】 使用氯化胆碱/尿素低共熔离子液体对木质素改性,与N-异丙基丙烯酰胺聚合制备了改性木质素基水凝胶。红外谱图和扫描电镜图表明,改性后木质素三维空间网络结构的得到充分利用,反应活性增大。由热分析曲线发现,改性木质素基水凝胶分解温度在390℃附近,比未经改性时低约23℃,且分解温区窄。亚甲基蓝吸附-缓释实验表明,改性后木质素基水凝胶初始缓释速率约为未改性时2倍,有效缓释总量约为未改性时的3倍,且改性后有效释放时间较未改性时延长约10h。氯化胆碱/尿素低共熔离子液体改性木质素基水凝胶是一种具有多孔结构、对温度敏感的单一聚合体,吸附性能良好,具有一定的缓控释化学品应用潜力。

【Abstract】 A modified lignin-based hydrogel( MLGel) was prepared by N-isopropylacrylam and lignin,which was modified by choline chloride/urea as deep eutectic solvent( DES). The FT-IR spectrum and SEM photos shown that the three-dimensional network structure of modified lignin was fully utilized,and the reaction activity of lignin was increased. The decomposition temperature of MLGel was found near 390℃ by thermal analysis curves. It was about 23℃ lower than the unmodified lignin-based hydrogel( LGel),and the decomposition temperature range was meanwhile narrow. The adsorption-release experiments by methylene blue shown that,the initial release rate of MLGel was doubled than of LGel,the total effectively desorption quantity of MLGel was approximately 3 times larger than of LGel,and the sustained-release time of MLGel extended about 10 h longer than of LGel. MLGel was a new temperature sensitive polymer material with porous structure,its adsorption properties can be used in chemicals sustained-release fields.
