水热合成ZnO及其光催化性能研究

【摘要】 以氯化锌为锌源,三乙胺(TEA)为碱源和晶体生长控制剂,在160℃下采用水热法可控合成了不同形貌的纳米氧化锌(ZnO)。使用X射线粉末衍射仪(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)、傅里叶红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、紫外-可见分光光度计(UV-Vis)和比表面积分析仪(BET)对ZnO样品的晶型、颗粒形貌、比表面积以及光学性质进行了表征。研究发现,三乙胺的浓度的增加使得ZnO的形貌从棒状变为颗粒状,同时ZnO的尺寸也变小,表明三乙胺的加入抑制了ZnO结晶在C轴的生长;颗粒状的纳米ZnO的光催化性能最好,光照50min时,其对亚甲基蓝染料的降解率达到98%。

【Abstract】 ZnO nanomaterials with different morphologies were prepared by hydrothermal method using zinc chloride( Zn Cl2) and triethylamine as reagents and crystal growth control agent at temperature of 160℃. The crystalline phase,morphology,crystallite size and optical properties of ZnO nanomaterials were characterized by X-ray powder diffractometer( XRD),transmission electron microscope( TEM),fourier transform infrared spectrophotometer( FT-IR),ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometer( UVVis) and specific surface area analyzer( BET). The influence of different triethylamine concentration on the crystalline size,morphology and properties of ZnO was investigated. The results showed that increasing the concentration of triethylamine made the morphology of ZnO changed from rod into granule. At the same time,the size of zinc oxide became smaller,this indicated that triethylamine restrained the growth of nano ZnO on the C-axis. Furthermore,the granular ZnO nanoparticles displayed the best photocatalytic efficiency among them. The photodegradation rate of methylene blue was up to 98% under UV-Vis irradiation for 50 minutes.
