活化ATP对重金属离子Cr6+的吸附动力学性能研究
Study on adsorption kinetics of Cr6+ by activated ATP
【摘要】 天然纳米矿物凹凸棒石(ATP)通过碱焙烧、酸水热及微波活化手段可增大比表面积并改变其表面电荷,从而提高吸附能力。研究了活化ATP表面变化及对水体中重金属离子Cr6+的吸附效果影响,并对吸附动力学性能进行讨论。研究结果表明,碱焙烧、酸水热和微波活化改变了ATP表面官能团、Zeta电位和比表面积。NR-ATP的最佳吸附条件为:Cr6+初始浓度为20mg/L,pH=6.5,温度在25℃、吸附时间为24h;活化ATP对Cr6+的吸附动力学符合准二级动力学方程,且ATP、NR-ATP和HM-ATP中内扩散不是控制吸附过程的唯一步骤。
【Abstract】 Natural mineral nano attapulgite( ATP) can increase the specific surface area and change its surface charge by alkali roasting,acid hydrothermal and microwave activation method,so as to improve the adsorption capacity of ATP. The surface changes of ATP through activation process was studies. The adsorption of heavy metal ions Cr6+in water by ATP,and the adsorption kinetics were discussed. The results showed that: alkali roasting,hydrothermal and microwave activation changed the surface functional groups,Zeta potential and specific surface area of ATP. The optimum adsorption conditions for NR-ATP were that: the initial concentration of Cr6+was 20mg/l,pH value was 6. 5,the temperature was 25℃ and the adsorption time was 24 h. The sorption kinetics data of Cr6+by activated ATP fited the pseudo second order model,the adsorption process was not only controlled by aperture diffusion dynamics for ATP,NR-ATP and HM-ATP.
