羟基磷灰石晶须/聚左旋乳酸复合材料的制备及性能
Preparation and property of hydroxyapatite whisker/poly-L-lactic acid composite
【摘要】 研究了两种不同形貌的羟基磷灰石(粉体和晶须)以及热压温度对羟基磷灰石/聚左旋乳酸(HA/PLLA)复合材料机械性能的影响,并优化了两者的质量配比。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、万能试验机和体外浸泡实验对复合材料的显微结构、抗压强度和生物活性进行表征。结果显示,在PLLA基质中HA晶须具有更好的增强效果,当HA晶须与PLLA质量比为1∶1,热压温度为170℃时,复合材料具有最大的抗压强度98MPa,比对应粉体增强复合材料的抗压强度提高了53%。体外浸泡实验说明了羟基磷灰石晶须/聚左旋乳酸(HA-w/PLLA)复合材料具有良好的生物活性。
【Abstract】 Different morphologies of hydroxyapatite(i.e powder and whisker)and the hot pressing temperature which may affect the mechanical performance of hydroxyapatite/poly-L-lactic acid composites were researched and optimized.The microstructure,compressive strength and biological activity of composites were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),universal testing machine and vitro experiment.The results showed that hydroxyapatite whisker had a better reinforcing effect in PLLA matrix.When the mass fraction of hydroxyapatite whisker was 50% and the hot pressing temperature was 170℃,the composites which had a higher compressive strength of 53% than the corresponding powder-reinforced composites,it had the maximum compressive strength of 98 MPa.In vitro experiments showed that hydroxyapatite whisker reinforced PLLA composites had good biological activity.
