环氧树脂/改性氮化硅复合材料制备及性能研究
Study on preparation and performance of epoxy resin/modified silicon nitride composite
【摘要】 纳米氮化硅用偶联剂N97进行改性,并制得环氧树脂/改性氮化硅(EP/Si3N4-N97)复合材料。通过导热系数测定、热重分析(TG)、红外分析(FT-IR)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对复合材料进行分析和表征。结果表明,加入改性后氮化硅可以有效地提高复合材料的导热性,含1.0%(wt,质量分数)改性氮化硅的EP/Si3N4-N97复合材料导热系数为0.4471W/m℃,比纯树脂材料的导热系数提高了44.23%;800℃时复合材料的质量残留率是环氧树脂的1.82倍;改性氮化硅的加入提高了复合材料的断裂韧性。
【Abstract】 Nano silicon nitride(Si3N4)was modified with coupling agent N97,and then got modified silicon nitride Si3N4-N97.EP/Si3N4-N97 composite was prepared with epoxy resin and Si3N4-N97.The composite was characterized by thermal conductivity,thermal gravimetric(TG),fourier-transform infra-red spectra(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that the addition of Si3N4-N97 can improved the thermal conductivity of composite.When the mass fraction of Si3N4-N97 was 1.0%,the thermal conductivity of composite increased to 0.4471W/m℃,which was increased by 44.2%.At 800℃,the residual mass of was 1.82 times that that of epoxy resin,and the addition of modified silicon nitride can improve the fracture toughness of composite.
