Fe3O4/PVDF磁性复合膜的制备及性能表征
Preparation and property characterization of Fe3O4/PVDF susceptible composite film
【摘要】 采用流延成膜法制备了Fe3O4/聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)复合膜。用发射扫描电子显微镜、自制磁致变形设备、振动样品磁强计和万能材料试验机对Fe3O4/PVDF复合膜的结构及性能进行了表征和分析。结果表明:制得的Fe3O4/PVDF磁性复合膜表面光滑、Fe3O4分散性好、延展性好、弹性好,具有超顺磁性,适合需要大变形场合的应用。
【Abstract】 Fe3O4/PVDF susceptible composite film was prepared by flow casting,researched and characterized the structure and properties of Fe3O4/PVDF through emission scanning electron microscope,homemade magnetic deformation device,vibration sample magnetic meter and universal testing machine.The results showed that the prepared film had smooth surface and better dispersible,ductility,flexible and supper paramagnetic.The film was suitable for use in great deformation.
