PVA/石墨烯载药敷料的电纺研究

【摘要】 静电纺丝法制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)/石墨烯载药敷料,采用SEM扫描电镜和UV-Vis分光光度计对制备的敷料进行了结构和性能表征,研究了PVA/石墨烯载药溶液的可纺性以及敷料的药物释放性。结果表明,130mg/mL的PVA水溶液中加入2mg/mL的氧化石墨烯水溶液(PVA水溶液与氧化石墨烯水溶液体积比10∶1),加入适量诺氟沙星药物配成的电纺溶液,在15kV电压下,固化距离15cm时,具有优异的可纺性;对制得的敷料的药物控释能力的进一步研究表明,敷料对药物的负载量高、药物控释能力优异。

【Abstract】 PVA/graphene drug carrier dressing was prepared by electrospinning method.The electrospinnability and drug release were characterized by scanning electron microscope(SEM)and UV-Vis spectrophotometer.It was indicated that the solution which including 130mg/mL PVA,2mg/mL graphene oxide for the ratio of the volume of 10∶1,and proper drug of norfloxacin had good electrospinnability under the condition of 15 kV voltage and 15 cm cure distance.The effect of drug release of the electrospun dressing was further studied.The high drug load and good drug release property were observed.
