真菌基活性碳的制备及其超电容性能
Preparation of fungi-based activated carbon and its supercapacitive performance
【摘要】 以真菌木耳作为碳源、KOH为活化剂,制备了具有超大比表面积的活性碳材料,比表面积和孔容分别达到了3160m~2/g和1.73cm~3/g。利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜,氮气吸脱附分析及电化学测试对样品的微观形貌,孔道结构和电化学性能进行表征。实验结果表明,当木耳碳化物与KOH的质量比为1∶4时,材料获得了最大的比表面积和孔容。在6mol/L KOH电解液中,1A/g电流密度下,材料的比容量达到了292F/g,表现出优异的超电容性能。
【Abstract】 Activated carbon with an ultrahigh specific surface area(3160m2·g-1)and large pore volume(1.73cm3·g-1)was prepared using agaric as the raw material and KOH as the activating reagent.The morphology and structure of asprepared sample were characterized by X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy,transmission electron microscopy and nitrogen adsorption-desorption measurement.The results indicated that the materials acquired the largest specific surface area and pore volume when the mass ratio of KOH and the agaric was 4∶1.The as-prepared carbon achieved high specific capacitance of 292F·g-1 at a current density of 1A·g-1 in 6M KOH electrolyte.
