锰系吸附剂的吸附/解析条件优化研究
Study on condition optimism of Mn-series adsorbent about adsorbing and eluting in brine
【摘要】 合成了锰系吸附剂前驱体,探索并优化了吸附剂的吸附/解析条件。实验表明:吸附剂的吸附速度随温度的升高明显加快,可以缩短吸附平衡时间;解析时提高酸度可以提高锂的解析率,适当减小解析液的体积可以有效提高锂离子浓度;中和后的解析液冷冻析出芒硝可以提高锂离子浓度一倍。
【Abstract】 The precursor of Mn-series adsorbent was synthesized,the conditions about adsorbing and eluting in brine were explored and optimized.The results indicate that the adsorbing rate increases with the raised temperature,it can decrease the balance time when adsorbed;the concentration of acid can improve the eluting rate and reducing the volume of the eluting solution can effectively increase the concentration of lithium ions.The elutinng solution of frozen precipitation mirabilite after neutralization can double the concentration of the lithim ions.
