绿色起爆药2,4,6-三叠氮-1,3,5-三嗪的制备及性能研究
Synthesis and Characterization of Green Primary Explosive of 2,4,6-Triazido-1,3,5-Triazine(TAT)
【摘要】 以三聚氰氯和叠氮化钠为原料,在室温条件下搅拌反应,得到流散性好的白色粉末固体2,4,6-三叠氮-1,3,5-三嗪(TAT),结合元素分析、红外光谱、质谱分析,确定了TAT的化学结构。研究了TAT的热稳定性、真空安定性、感度以及起爆能力等性质。结果表明:TAT的热分解温度为190℃,5s延滞期爆发温度为170℃;在60℃下连续40h放气量仅为0.03m L/g,真空安定性好;爆热为4 375 J/g,比容为700.0 m L/g;静电感度明显低于氮化铅(LA)和斯蒂芬酸铅(LTNR)。TAT具有很强起爆能力,5mg TAT能够有效起爆70mg黑索今。
【Abstract】 A kind of green primary explosive of 2,4,6-triazdio-1,3,5-triazine(TAT) with good flowability was synthesized by reacting 2,4,6-trichloro-[1,3,5]triazine with sodiumazide in water. The structure of TAT was characterized by IR spectroscopy, element analysis and micro-photography, and the thermal properties, explosive properties were also characterized. The thermal decomposition temperature of TAT is 190℃ and 5 s explosion temperature is 170℃, the decomposition gas capacity is 0.03 m L/g under 60℃ for 40 h in vacuum. Explosion heat and specific volume of TAT are 4 375 J/g, 700.0 m L/g respectively and the electrostatic sensitivity is lower than those of LA and LTNR. The initiation efficiency of TAT is very well, 70 mg RDX could be easily initiated by 5 mg TAT without LTNR.
