红外陶瓷对MTV诱饵剂红外辐射特性的影响

【摘要】 为提高典型MTV诱饵剂在35μm、814μm波段的红外辐射亮度,采用固相烧结法制备Mn Fe2O4型红外陶瓷,将其添加到典型MTV诱饵剂中,并对其燃烧火焰的辐射特性进行研究。结果表明:当添加25%的红外陶瓷时,在2.53.0μm峰值辐射亮度降低了9.63×104W·m-2·sr-1,在35μm峰值辐射亮度提高了4.05×104W·m-2·sr-1,在814μm峰值辐射亮度提高了0.46×104W·m-2·sr-1,同时,辐射面积增加了74.34cm2

【Abstract】 In order to improve the infrared radiation of the typical MTV decoy material in 35μm and 814μm, the Mn Fe2O4 infrared ceramic was prepared by solid phase sintering and added into the decoy, as well as the infrared radiation characteristic of the combustion flame was investigated. The results show that, when adding 25% of the infrared ceramic, the peak radiation brightness in 2.53.0μm was decreased 9.63×104W·m-2·sr-1, but in 35μm, the peak radiation brightness was increased 4.05×104W·m-2·sr-1, and in 814μm, the peak radiation brightness was increased 0.46×104W·m-2·sr-1. At the same time, the radiating surface area was increased 74.34cm2.
