助磨剂对机械力化学法活化磷矿粉的影响

【摘要】 采用机械力化学法对中低品位磷矿粉进行活化,考察了在球料比为20∶1、活化时间5min、不同活化工艺条件下助磨剂对磷矿粉活化性能的影响。结果表明:原料磷矿石质地较致密坚硬,化学活性较低,磷浸出率非常低,在4种提取液中最高只有25.8%;采用高能球磨机进行试验,活化过程中加入不同助磨剂,并没有进一步提高磷的浸出率,反而阻碍磷矿粉的活化。采用XRD、SEM、粒度分布等手段对活化前后的磷矿石进行了表征。

【Abstract】 Middle-low grade phosphate powder was activated using mechanical-chemical methods to investigate the effects of grinding aids on activation performance for phosphate powder under the conditions of phosphorus ball-to-material ratio(20∶1),activation time 5min.and different activation processes.The results show that phosphate rocks have compact and hard structures and low chemical activity and phosphorus leaching rate with the highest being only 25.8% in 4extracting solutions.Tests were conducted using high energy ball mills to make mechanical activation with addition of different grinding aids and showed no further increase of phosphorus leaching rate,instead hindering the activation of phosphate powder.Phosphate rocks before and after activation were characterized by XRD,SEM,particle size distribution and other means.
