微生物发酵法制备1,3-丙二醇的研究进展
Progress in Microbial Fermentation of 1,3-Propanediol
【摘要】 1,3-丙二醇是一种重要的化工原料,广泛应用于医药、化工、食品及化妆品等领域。基于绿色高效、反应条件温和及可持续发展的优势,利用现代微生物技术生产1,3-丙二醇成为了研发热点。本文从生产菌种、发酵工艺、1,3-丙二醇代谢中关键酶和制备1,3-丙二醇基因工程菌等几个方面对发酵法生产1,3-丙二醇的国内外研究现状进行了介绍,并展望了未来研究及发展趋势。
【Abstract】 1,3-Propanediol( 1,3-PD) is an important raw material which is widely used in pharmaceutical,chemical,food and cosmetic industries. Microbial production of 1,3-propanediol has recently received more and more attention which due to its green,high efficiency,mild conditions and sustainable features. In this paper,the research advances on production of 1,3-propanediol by fermentation were reviewed with regard to fermentative strains,fermentation technologies,the characteristics of key enzymes,and construction of genetic engineered. Finally,the microbial production of 1,3-propanediol was prospected.
