康唑类母核的合成及杂质研究
Study on Synthesis and Impurity of Mother Nucleus of Conazoles
【摘要】 本文作者通过对康唑类母核(±)-α-(2,4-二氯苯基)-1H-咪唑-1-乙醇工艺的研究,得到了高收率和质量的产品;同时对反应过程中的杂质进行了研究,确定了其中两个关键杂质的产生原因和机理,并对其进行了有效控制。结合醇/水的析晶方式,对反应中产生的其他未知杂质也能够有效地去除。为能够得到高质量的康唑类药物打下良好基础。
【Abstract】 (±)-α-(2,4-dichlorophenyl)-1H-imidazole-1-ethanol as Mother nucleus of Conazoles,by reaserching its synthesis route,the products of high yield and quality were obtained. At the same time,And the impurities in the process were studied. The reason and mechanism of the two key impurities were determined and the effective control was carried out. Combined with alcohol/water crystallization,the reaction of other unknown impurities can also be effectively removed. In order to be able to get high-quality drugs of Conazoles to lay a good foundation.
