Al-MCM-41介孔分子筛成型工艺
The Forming Process of Al-MCM-41
【摘要】 本文研究了Al-MCM-41的成型工艺。通过氮气吸附-脱附,程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)等表征方法,对在不同条件下成型的Al-MCM-41分子筛(CX-Al-MCM-41)进行分析,考察了成型条件对催化剂酸量、孔道结构、侧压强度等的影响。实验结果表明当γ-Al2O3用量为30%,聚乙二醇用量为5%,丁烷四羧酸用量为3%,v(10%HNO3)∶m(Al-MCM-41))=1.0∶1.5时,成型后催化剂的宏观物性最佳,其最大侧压强度可达48 N·cm-1。
【Abstract】 The forming process and catalytic properties of Al-MCM-41 were studied.Effects of molding conditions of forming CX-Al-MCM-41 on the catalyst acidity,pore structure and the edgewise compressive strength were investigated by nitrogen adsorption desorption,temperature programmed desorption(NH3-TPD) and other characterization methods.The results showed that the edgewise compressive strength of CX-Al-MCM-41 was up to48 N·cm-1when the Al2O3 content was 30%,the polyethylene glycol(PEG) was 5%,the polycarboxylic acid dosage was 3% and v(10% HNO3) ∶ m(Al-MCM-41)) was 1.0∶ 1.5.
