多层次全方位提升工程实践能力的培养体系构建与实践
Construction and Practice of a Multi-level and All-round Teaching System in Improving the Students’ Ability of Engineering Practice
【摘要】 目前,高校培养的人才在工程实践能力方面不能完全满足今后我国人才培养的要求。针对这一不足,本文探索了提升学生工程实践能力的有效途径。我们着力于从工程实践和生产实际出发,根据专业特色与实际,通过优化课程教学、实验教学和实践教学环节,构建了工程实践能力提升培养体系,并实施了不同的教学方法,以期多层次、全方位提升学生的工程实践能力。
【Abstract】 The current engineering practice ability of talents in Colleges and universities can not fully meet the future cultivation requirements now.To solve this problem,the teaching ways to improve students’ ability of engineering practice were explored.The cultivation system of improving the students’ engineering practice ability was constructed according to the characteristics of specialty.Considering engineering practice,different teaching methods were implemented.The purpose is multi-level and all-round enhancing the students’ ability of engineering practice.
