高技术制造业对高等教育的影响研究
Research on Influence of High Technology Manufacturing Industry on Higher Education
【摘要】 本文旨在探究高技术制造业的发展对我国高等教育发展的影响,以便从高技术制造业发展的角度对高等教育的发展提出合理化建议。我国高等教育自扩招以来蓬勃发展,为社会发展和经济建设输送了大量高水平人才。制造业作为我国经济发展和人才吸收的重要产业,其就业人员的受教育水平整体偏低,这不仅阻碍了制造业转型升级的进程,也制约了高等教育的长远发展。高技术制造业是我国制造业产业升级的重要突破口,也是高等教育发展的重要牵引,研究高技术制造业对高等教育的影响具有重要意义。本文收集了2005—2012年与高等教育、高技术制造业和经济发展相关的多项数据指标,经过数据预处理、因子分析和相关性分析,分别建立了最小二乘回归模型和岭回归模型,通过两种模型的对比证实了岭回归模型的有效性,并就此提出了促进我国高等教育发展的四项重要举措。
【Abstract】 This article aims to research the influence of high technology manufacturing industry(HTMI)on the higher education to put forward reasonable suggestions for the development of higher education from the respect of HTMI.Since the expansion of higher education,China’s vigorous development of higher education has transported a large number of high level talents for social development and economic construction.Manufacturing industry as an important industry for economic development and the employment of the talents in our country,its employment is in the overall low level of education,which not only hinders the process of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry,but also restricts the long term development of higher education.HTMI,as an important breakthrough towards the industrial upgrading,is also an important guide in the development of higher education.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the influence of HTMI on the higher education.This article collected a number of data relevant with higher education,HTMI and development of economics from the year 2005 to 2012.After data preprocessing,factor analysis and correlation analysis,least squares regression model and ridge regression model were established.Through the comparison between the two models,ridge regression model is confirmed effectively and four important measures were taken to promote the development of higher education.
