【Abstract】 For the dilemma to further develop city commercial banks,green finance is a feasible way to realize industrial upgrading and sustainable development. Based on the scientific definition of the concept of green finance,the green financial characteristics,the development situation of city commercial banks and existing problems are analyzed and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward. Study has found that improving city commercial bank’s administration mode can optimize the internal reward and punishment mechanism and raise financial talents,which will speed up the development of green financial services and products,and in turn finally promote the banking business management.更多还原
