弱小信号隔离转换系统设计

【摘要】 设计了一种弱小信号隔离转换实时传输系统。弱小信号通过放大电路放大后,进入隔离转换系统,该系统实现了对信号的实时转换、隔离传输、不失真还原。实验测试表明:该系统对于有电磁干扰时300 kHz以下的信号不失真率不小于90%;传输信号频率小于600 kHz可信度较高;长期测试输出电压相对标准偏差1%以下,系统的长期稳定性良好。

【Abstract】 A real time isolation transmitting system has been designed for the weak signals. The small and weak signal amplified by electronic circuit is then input into the isolated conversion system that achieves real-time conversion,isolated transmission and undistorted restoration of the signal. The experimental test results show that the undistorted rate of this system under the electromagnetic interference is more than 90% for the signal frequency below 300 kHz; High credibility could be got for the transmitting signal frequency less than 600 kHz; The relative standard deviation of the output voltage is less than 1% for long-term testing,meaning that the transmitting system has long term stability.
