EDXRF法测定墙面抹灰组分
Determining Components of Wall Surface Plaster Using the EDXRF Method
【摘要】 为了控制墙面抹灰组分不合理造成墙面抹灰出现空鼓、脱落、掉渣等问题,介绍了EDXRF法测定墙面抹灰组分的分析方法,建立了墙面抹灰成分配比与Ca特征X射线强度关系曲线,并验证了该方法的可行性和稳定性。实验结果表明:该方法对于水泥含量较低的样品比较有效,对于水泥含量较高的样品误差偏大;对于水泥含量较低的样品,测量结果相对误差不大于3.30%,对于水泥含量较高的样品,测量结果相对误差不大于8.89%;时隔一个月后重复测量发现,低含量水泥样品的相对误差还是小于高水泥含量样品的相对误差,且测得的相对误差均在原来的误差之内,该方法具有较好的稳定性。
【Abstract】 In order to control empty,tympanic,desquamate and dregs dropping problems and so on of wall surface plaster induced by unreasonable component ratios of wall surface plaster,an analysis way to determine component ratios of wall surface plaster using the EDXRF method is presented,a relationship curve between the component ratio and the intensity of characteristic X-ray of Ca is built,and the feasibility and the stability of this method are checked in this paper.Experimental results show that this method is more effective for samples with lower cement contents,whereas it has bigger errors for samples with higher cement contents.Relative errors for the samples with lower cement contents are not more than 3.30%,and relative errors for the samples with higher cement contents are not over 8.89%.After a period of a month,experiments were repeated,and they display that relative errors of samples with lower cement contents are still less than those samples with higher cement contents,and all the relative errors are in the range of the original ones,so that this method is of high stability.
