EDXRF法测定石灰岩矿中Ca含量
Indirect Determination of Calcium in Limestone using EDXRF Analysis
【摘要】 介绍了用能量色散X射线荧光光谱(EDXRF)法测定石灰岩矿中Ca含量的分析方法。该方法将石灰岩矿样品粉碎,加入AgNO3溶液反应产生AgCl沉淀,用EDXRF法测量AgCl沉淀物中Ag含量,再通过测得的Ag含量换算成Ca含量。实验结果表明:该方法测量结果的相对误差不大于0.7%,RSD不大于1.6%;与WDXRF法比较,测量石灰岩矿中Ca含量为49.28%时,其相对误差为1.38%。
【Abstract】 This report illustrates the EDXRF method for determination of Ca content in limestone. In this method,crushed limestone samples were added to AgNO3 solution to produce AgCl precipitation. Then the content of Ag in AgCl precipitation can be measured by EDXRF,further the Ca content could be obtained. The results showed that the relative error of this method is less than 0. 7%,and RSD is less than 1. 6%. Meanwhile,as the situation that content of Ca in limestone is 49. 28%,the relative error is 1. 38% compared with that of WDXRF method.
