120°锥角空泡清洗器空化性能研究
Study on cavitation performance of 120° cone angle airfoil cleaner
【摘要】 为了研究海水深20 m处空化器的空化特性,本文对120°锥角水下空泡清洗器在不同来流速度下进行了数值模拟。选取了来流速度为20 m/s、40 m/s和60 m/s三个工况,在Fluent中计算得到了不同来流速度下120°锥角空泡清洗器中压力场在钝体绕流前后的变化,同时计算了液体绕流钝体之后的水蒸气体积分数分布的变化,分析了不同水流喷射速度对空化特性的影响。
【Abstract】 In order to study the cavitation characteristics of the cavitator at 20 m depth,a numerical simulation of 120°cone angle underwater vacuolator was carried out at different flow rates. We selected the flow rate of 20 m/s,40 m/s and 60 m/s three cases,in the fluent calculated at different flow rate 120° cone angle bubble cleaner in the pressure field in the blunt body around the flow and the change of the volume fraction of water vapor after the flow of the body was calculated. The influence of the jet velocity on the cavitation characteristics was analyzed.
