【摘要】 "互害型"社会给个人、社会、国家都带来巨大危害。文章通过分析造成"互害"的主要原因,提出从道德救赎和法律规制两个层面进行全面、有效的防控与治理。在道德层面应加强核心价值观的建构与实践,强化学生基本道德素质教育,培育诚信的现代商业文化,完善道德警示与评判机制;法律层面扩大和完善"惩罚性赔偿"机制,加强生产标准化立法,加大行政执法处罚力度,降低刑责门槛。更多还原

【Abstract】 The spreading of "mutual harm"society tendency brings great harm to individuals,society and country. By analyzing the main causes of the "mutual harm"model,it is proposed to prevent and govern it comprehensively and effectively from the aspects of moral salvation and legal regulation. At the moral level,the core value perspective should be constructed and practiced to strengthen students’ basic moral quality,cultivate modern honest business culture,and improve the system for warning and criticizing. At the legal level,punitive damage system should be expanded and improved to encourage standard legislation,increase executive law enforcement,and reduce the threshold of punishment.更多还原
