纽扣状TiO2纳米球在钙钛矿太阳能电池中的应用
High-performance hole-conductor free perovskite solar cells using fastener-like spheres with anatase(001) TiO2 nanosheets
【摘要】 将具有(001)高能面的纽扣状二氧化钛纳米球添加到无空穴传输材料的钙钛矿太阳能电池多孔骨架层材料中,能改变骨架层的形态结构,有利于形成高覆盖率的钙钛矿吸光层;同时纳米球可以提高光生载流子的分离和输运效率,有利于获得更高的开路电压和填充因子.优化纳米球与二氧化钛颗粒的比例,在AM1.5的标准光强下,钙钛矿太阳能电池的光电转换效率由9.42%提升至11.5%.
【Abstract】 We have obtained high efficiency perovskite solar cells( PSCs) based on mesoporous layer constituted by a mixture of TiO2 nanoparticles made by hydrothermal method and fastener-like spheres which were constructed by titanium dioxide( TiO2) nanosheets with exposed( 001) facets. Via introducing this odd portion,the performance of PSCs can be conspicuous changed. With a suitable proportion,we received a remarkable improvement in conversion efficiency of 11. 5% under standard AM1. 5 conditions compared to that of cells with pure Ti O2nanoparticles( 9. 42%). The enhancement is attributed to the change in charge transport,optics characteristics and the structure of scaffold layer.
