VMI模式下施工企业与供应商协调研究
Coordination Between Supplier and Construction Industry under VMI
【摘要】 面对竞争日益激烈的市场环境,如何降低建设施工的成本成为施工企业关注的热点。而传统的库存管理模式不利于建设施工成本的降低,因此供应链库存管理的优势也随之受到学者们及工程实践人员的关注。供货商管理用户库存(VMI)模式下供应商对客户的库存进行管理,改变了传统的库存管理方式、提高了供应链的收益。但VMI模式实施过程中供应商与施工单位间存在责利不对等的情况,为促进该模式的实践需对VMI所获的收益分配进行合理的协调。从库存成本的角度对VMI实施所获的直接收益进行了分析,结合Stackelberg博弈及价格补偿给出了供需双方收益分配的协调办法,并以算例简要说明。最后指出研究中的不足及未来的研究方向。
【Abstract】 In the increasingly competitive market environment, how to reduce the cost of construction has been the focus of attention for construction enterprises. Due to the fact that it is unfavorable to reduce the cost of construction by traditional inventory management, scholars have been exploring advantages of inventory management of supply chain. Vendor managed inventory has changed the way of traditional inventory management and improved the income of supply chain. However, in the process of implementation of VMI, there is no reciprocity between the supplier and the construction unit. So it is necessary to coordinate the distribution of the benefits during the process of implementation of VMI. From the view of inventory cost, the direct benefit of VMI is analyzed. The method to coordinate income distribution between supplier and the construction is proposed with Stackelberg game and price compensation, and an example is given to illustrate the result. Finally, the shortcomings of the analysis and the prospect for future research are pointed out.
